I have been in the financial industry since 1999. I have clients all over the Midlands and I pride myself on providing excellent customer service. 

I am passionate that my client’s dreams and objectives are achieved in all their financial requirements.

I love what I do particularly as each day is never the same and I get great satisfaction helping my clients achieve their financial goals.  

I was awarded Customer Service Champion in 2001 – which meant I was sent to The USA to complete their ‘Disney Customer Service Experience’ at the Walt Disney theme parks, going behind the scenes to witness how they deliver excellent customer service.
