ABOUT David Meyrick

I have worked in the financial services industry since 2016 following studying accountancy at the University of York. In my previous role I worked as a Financial Adviser and Paraplanner having achieved my Diploma in Financial Planning in 2018.

I know the words pension, investment and insurance sometimes make people feel nervous hence I aim to deliver a personable service with friendly advice in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.

Seeing my clients achieve their objectives, and hearing them enjoy what it is they set out to do in life and retirement, is something that I take great pleasure from. Knowing that I have made a difference and helped in some way to facilitate this through my planning, whether it’s retiring early or buying that dream home, is extremely fulfilling.

Outside of the financial advice world I’m a big rugby fan and a loyal supporter of my local club no matter how many times they seem to give me hope and let me down! My playing days are long gone now thanks to far too many injuries but I try to keep as active as I can either cycling or out walking in the Yorkshire countryside.
