I have worked in the financial services industry since 2016 having studied accountancy at the University of York. Before joining Ashwood Law, I was a Financial Adviser and Paraplanner, having achieved my Diploma in Financial Planning in 2018. In 2024 I obtained Chartered status having achieved my Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Chartered status cements my professional standing, providing parity with other professionals such as accountants and solicitors.

I know the world of pensions, investments and insurance can make people feel nervous, making it difficult to know where to start. That’s where I come in, I aim to deliver a personable service with friendly advice in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.

I take great pride in seeing my clients achieve their goals and genuinely enjoy the lives they’ve worked hard to create, both during their careers and in retirement. Knowing that my financial planning advice has played a role, whether in helping them retire early, purchase their dream home, or simply feel more confident about their future, is deeply rewarding.

Outside of the financial advice world I’m a big football and rugby fan – I’m a loyal supporter of my local rugby league club no matter how many times they seem to give me hope before letting me down! My playing days are long gone now thanks to far too many injuries, but I try to keep as active as I can, either cycling or out walking my dog in the Yorkshire countryside.
